Curacao Gaming Control Authority (CeG)

The Curacao Gaming Control Authority, founded in 1996 as Curacao eGaming, also known as the Gaming Control Commission, Casino Control Commission, Gaming Commission, and Gaming Commission, is a government agency responsible for regulating casinos and other types of gambling activities within a specific region, usually a state, and enforcing the relevant gambling laws.

The following are the responsibilities of a CeG license:

• Regulates casinos and other types of gambling activities and enforces relevant gambling laws.
• Establish rules and regulations related to gambling, including: gambling license value permits, accounting systems, casino game rules, fair play and security.
