Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC)

Established in 2000, the Alderney Gaming Control Commission is an independent and non-political entity that regulates electronic gaming on behalf of the Alderney government with a mission to maintain the integrity and fairness of online gambling operations.

Ensuring that its regulatory and supervisory approach meets the highest international standards, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission is committed to ensuring that all online gambling services are conducted in accordance with the industry’s high standards, based on the principles of integrity.

The following are the responsibilities of an AGCC license:

• All iGaming activities are conducted in accordance with the principles of good governance, ensuring fairness and honesty.
• The management, funding and operation of iGaming are not affected by any crime.
• Electronic gambling is monitored and regulated to protect the interests of vulnerable groups and minors.
• Collaborate with other agencies to develop eGaming activities that are regulated and monitored by the Commission.
