4. Check the permissions for the app

Android

1. Tap Settings from the home screen.
2. Next, tap Apps.
   

3. Go to App Management.
4. From the list of apps, tap PhonePe.
5. Tap Permissions.

1. Ensure all the necessary permissions of the app are enabled.

iOS

1. Tap Settings from the home screen.
2. Scroll to the Apps section, locate and tap PhonePe.

1. Check all the permissions for the app and ensure each of the essential ones is enabled.

Next, ensure your card is working fine, and there is no such issue as the card can’t be verified, causing this error.
