3. Clear the app data

Android

1. Tap Settings from the home screen.
   

2. Tap Apps from the next screen.
3. On the next screen, tap App Management.
4. From the list of apps, locate and select PhonePe.
   

5. Tap Storage usage.
6. Now, tap Clear cache to clear the app cache, and check if the issue reappears.
7. If it does, repeat the steps and tap Clear data this time.
   

8. Tap Delete to confirm the action.

iOS

1. Go to Settings from the home screen.
2. Tap General.
   

3. Next, tap iPhone Storage.
4. Tap PhonePe.
5. Click Offload App.
   

6. Tap the Offload App option again to confirm the action.

Once you have cleared the cache and data, open the app. You need to sign in to the app again and try to do the transaction.
